Here at Chocolate Luxe we take pride in our collections.  Each of our Luxe hairs are inspected and packaged with you in mind.

We accept exchanges only, if you received a different item other than what you initially ordered via, length, color or texture.  All products must be in its original state, no coloring, no washing, and no tampering or lifting of any kind.  Products MUST be in its original state and in its original SEALED packaging.  Exchange is accepted on products within 7 days from received confirmation delivery date.  Please send an email to customer service with a picture of the product you received and your order number for further details.  Please note if the seal is broken or tampered with, the exchange will be voided.

When sending the product back, also include the tracking number to customer service to ensure the safe arrival of your returned order.  We are not responsible for any return orders that are not received. Before any exchange or store credit can be issued, our team must inspect the product(s) to verify the authenticity of the claim.  Chocolate Luxe reserves the right to make a decision and to determine if a product(s) is indeed exchangeable.
